Once logged in, users can submit support tickets directly from the portal.

  1. On the navigation bar, click “New Support Ticket.”
  2. The new ticket form will display with the user’s email prefilled in. Fill in the subject followed by a description of the support request. Note that the subject bar acts as a search field and will search the knowledge base for relevant articles.

  3. Lastly, click submit. A support analyst will follow up to your request shortly.
