The Help Center "Tickets" sections helps users keep track of their current and previous support tickets.

  1. On the navigation bar, click on Tickets.
  2. Select which tickets to view: Open and Pending, Resolved or Closed, or All Tickets. Here you can view the status of the ticket and review past tickets.


  3. Clicking on a ticket displays the conversation. Users can also reply to a ticket directly from the portal.
